Figuring out the right size storage unit can be difficult. Lee's Mini-Storage has constructed our facility with multiple size configurations to closely meet your space requirements.

As a general Rule-of-Thumb, space requirements may be determined as follows:

• 5'x5' - Personal items, boxes, clothes
• 5'x10' - Studio & 1 bedroom Apartment
• 10'x10' - 2 Bedroom dwelling
• 10'x15'-10'x20' - 3 Bedroom dwelling
• 10'x20'-10'x30' - 5 to 7 Room House
• 12'x22' - Vehicle or Boat
• 12'x30' - Commercial storage needs

CUBIC FEET vs. SQUARE FEET

Our storage units are constructed with sloped ceilings, some as high as 15ft. tall. This additional cubic feet at no additional charge means increased value for you, our customer.
